Tomato, roasted pepper & basil soup (V)

Assorted breaded fried cheese platter with salad garnish & cranberry sauce

Ham hock terrine with piccalilli, peas pudding & toasted bloomer

Mushroom & prawns in a garlic herb & cream sauce served in a puff pastry basket

 

 

Mains

Corn fed chicken supreme filled with sundried tomato & brie, served with a white wine & cream sauce & seasonal vegetables

Sirloin steak in a Diane sauce, with hand cut chips, roasted cherry tomatoes & garden peas

Lamb loin valentine steaks with a redcurrant & port glaze, served on sweet potato mash with roasted vegetables

Seafood linguine in a lobster cream & brandy sauce, with monkfish, salmon, king prawns & white fish, served with a side salad & garlic bread

Aubergine Parmesan served with a side salad & garlic bread (V)

Chocolate brownie with salted caramel glaze & vanilla ice cream
